Firestone Complete Auto Care

Great experience getting tire rotation done at this store. It was done free of cost as they rotate Firestone and Bridgestone tires for free regardless of where you purchased them. Matthew was helpful in answering additional questions that I had for future maintenance of my car.

I called Firestone today and spoke with Angel. He let me know they were pretty busy, but he was still able to help me. I explained my timing dilemma, and he had my tire fixed and everything taken care of much earlier than I expected, which I really appreciated. At checkout, the gentleman at the front desk (I believe his name was Z) was courteous, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Everyone was professional, kind, and made what started as a stressful day much easier. I truly recommend this Firestone location. Thank you, Angel, Z, and the entire team!

I had an excellent experience at Firestone, and I want to specifically recognize Matthew and Angel for their outstanding customer service. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their expertise was evident throughout the entire process, and their recommendations were honest, reliable, and exactly on point. It’s refreshing to work with people you can genuinely trust to provide the right advice for your vehicle. Because of their professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional service, I’m happy to give Matthew and Angel a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this Firestone location and will definitely be returning for future service!

Honesty! Brought in my 2018 BMW convertible to check out a rattling exhaust. Was just a simple clamp that they replaced for $10. Made my day to know there are still people with integrity in this business.

I’ve used this Firestone a few times, and the team is absolutely phenomenal. Today, I was having some issues with my windshield wipers, so I gave them a call. They were very accommodating with my time and schedule, explained the problem clearly and how they would fix it, and got me in and out quickly. Angel is great, 10/10 recommend!
